This work examines reflection as the central part and the basis of psychological training of psychologists of EMERCOM of Russian. This work also describes specificity of conditions in which psychologists of EMERCOM of Russia work, providing assistance to the victims of emergency situations. The differences in the professional activity of psychologists during the usual consultative work and during emergency situations were analyzed. Psychogenic factors which determine the occurrence of stress-related disorders were examined. This work focuses on the necessity for reflection and psychological self-regulation methods during the process of training of Russian psychologists EMERCOM.
