In the present article offers the author's view on the issues of conflict of classification in the professional work of employees of fire service of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters. Determined not only to the general concept of conflict, but also discusses the various aspects of the occurrence thereof, as well as the reasons for their generators.
