This article considers the organizational basis of the induction briefings on civil defense. It is important to develop programs of carrying out induction training for civil defense with the specific activities and territorial location of organization. For the formation of a unified approach to the carrying out of introduction instructing civil defense proposed a list of training issues and the time for their consideration.
