The author examines the peculiarities and difficulties encountered in the production of inquiries on fires connected with the application of existing norms, responsibility for crimes directly related to fires, analyzes the existing definitions of the concept of «fire», suggests the criminal law concept «fire», «special focus», «Crimes related to fires».
