The article analyzes the influence of mineral fillers on the thermal stability and combustibility of silicone intumescent flame retardant by thermal analysis. The increase of heat resistance and flame retardant ability of the composition with the introduction of siliceous components (wollastonite and aluminosilicate microspheres) was established, as evidenced by the data of thermogravometric, differential-thermogravimetric methods of research and the method of differential scanning calorimetry.
