Exergy the concept of performance evaluation, environmental and fire hazard of processes for the production and using of energy is substantiated. The thermodynamic regularities of the processes on the basis of exergy estimations are revealed. The estimation of accuracy of determination of parameters of a stream and devices, exergy depending on the chosen software is carried out.
