Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the consideration of various approaches to forecasting the risks of fires in emergency oil spills. Traditional methods are considered in detail, such as the logical tree method, the engineering approach. Particular attention is paid to the apparatus of fuzzy sets, which allows to take into account a wide range of factors and their influence on the occurrence of a fire hazard during oil spills.
