Abstract (English):
The condition of regulatory legal, methodical base, results of the carried-out scientific researches on a problem of establishment of criteria of reference of objects to various categories on degree of their importance, security, danger to the population and territories is described. On the basis of results of scientific researches and the carried-out complex of works on ensuring security of crucial objects the methodical approach on reference of objects of the state and non-state ownership to category crucial is offered.
