In article teoretiko-methodological approaches on formation of the economy based on knowledge are considered. in particular various models of human behavior, a role and value of the intellectual capital in system of innovative economy are rather in detail analyzed. Natural tendencies of development of the largest world companies, and also problems and prospects of innovative development of the russian economic system are given.
