Abstract (English):
The article deals with the practice of the SBS management EMERCOM of Russia, which shows that the supply planning becomes possible once known for, on the one hand, users need (fire departments) in the logistical means and funds allocated for supplies for the planned period. The task is to distribute the available resources and funds and logistical supply of the corresponding link between consumers based on their importance and nature of tasks performed in the planned period
