Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
Considered the method of the program-target development of an investment strategy in the area of fire safety of hazardous industrial facilities in subjects of the Russian Federation. The research showed that the formation of the investment strategy in the area of fire safety of hazardous industrial facilities in subjects of the Russian Federation in recent years, increasingly reflects the relationship and interactions tasks purely administrative character with economic objectives.
