Abstract (English):
The article describes the main design issues and methodological foundations of software implementation of information system designed to evaluate all sides of the educational process. The main areas in which work is considered cadets, the technique of the rating calculation, discussed the organization of the system. The system is designed and passes pilot operation in Siberian fire and rescue academy - a branch of Saint-Petersburg university of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia.
