Abstract (English):
In the article the notion of «professionalism» in relation to inspectors composition State Inspectorate for Small Vessels of EMERCOM of Russia. Formulated pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of professionalism of state inspectors for small vessels. Experimental data confirming the high efficiency of the developed technology pedagogical formation of professionalism of inspectors of State Inspectorate for Small Vessels of EMERCOM of Russia.
