Abstract (English):
Deals with the interpretation of the essence of social organization as a system. The author suggested the idea submission process to manage development of social organization through the unity of its properties are equvifinality, adaptive and emergence. Traced the key milestones of the evolution of thinking on the system in General and, including social, along a path that includes the estimated position, relevant for management.
