Abstract (English):
The article describes the main provisions establishing a system call operational security services on a single number «112» on the territory of the Russian Federation, addressed the issue of the functioning and methods of implementing similar systems on the example of the European Union and the United States, presents characteristics of implement program service functions «E112».
