Abstract (English):
In the article the regulations and the algorithm budget allocations from the reserve fund of the government of the Russian Federation for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and natural disasters. This work pays constant attention, as the reserves are an important part of Unified state system of prevenition and liquidation of emergency situations. Their creation is aimed at emergency raising of the necessary funds in the event of emergencies, operational assistance to affected areas and populations, the reduction of negative consequences, save lives.
