Abstract (English):
The article first describes the main indicators, ensuring the safety of any transport company, and ability of its inspection by state structures, during security providing, and after the vehicle accident for effective investigation of reasons and is responsible for it. We presented principles of the transport company effectiveness assessment on the base of the suggested characteristics of different components of the integrated safety and security.
