In work the quantitative contents and hydrocarbonic structure of oil pollution in various mechanical fractions of soils is studied. It is shown that fine-grained fractions of the soil are capable to accumulate the maximum quantities of the oil products, including polynuclear aromatic structures which are one of the most toxic technogenic pollutants. In processes of accumulation and redistribution of the oil products polluting the soil there is a certain interval of particle size distribution of soils in which sharp changes of composition of oil hydrocarbons are observed. It allows to refer these processes to the critical phenomena.
