Abstract (English):
Conceptual approach to modeling of a control system of material support of forces and means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the conditions of losses and which arose in this regard deficiency of appliances, and also limited capacities of a network of highways of the region is offered. The mathematical apparatus of research of operations offered for use will allow to develop the decisions allowing to optimize duration of ensuring with appliances of forces and means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and, thus, to reduce terms of performance of work on elimination of consequences of an emergency situation of regional character.
