The risk factors and resources of psychological overcoming in the emergency from the perspective of resources and biopsychosocial approach were analyzed. The classification of resources, special aspects the psychological consequences in situations of mass violence and elemental calamity were considered. The interrelation of consequences with risk factors of their emergence were shown. The underlying principles and algorithm for effective medical and psychological assistance in the emergency area were defined.
