Presents a new approach for the description and decomposition of production infrastructure on the basis of the stratified representation and the graph of the analytical description of the topological structure of objects of protection and to assess the potential threat level. Diagnosis and prediction of level of potential hazards is an urgent task for the State fire supervision in ensuring the safety of protected objects.
