Abstract (English):
The article describes the main problems associated with the resolution of conflicts between the increasing demands of management to quality and sustainability of communication and accessibility network, built on the legacy and functional limitations of facilities and complexes multi-channel radio and underdevelopment theoretical foundations for solving optimization problems of the functional characteristics of a multi-channel radio network in conditions of ncertainty and conflict to the external environment.
