Abstract (English):
In the article the questions of law enforcement activity of bodies of state fire supervision of Emercom of Russian Federation in the framework of the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation. The necessity of amending the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the part concerning the realization of the right to witness immunity the parties to the proceedings.
