Abstract (English):
The article formulates the main psychological and pedagogical conditions for the use of business games as didactic basis of course design in educational process of higher education institutions of Emercom of Russia. Analyses the peculiarities of the formation of a simulation model and game model as part of an integrated model game component of the process of the course design.
