Abstract (English):
The analytical model of the factors influencing formation of a phenomenon of the expert of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia during educational process is presented in article, evidence-based recommendations about work of officials of Saint-Petersburg university of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia at realization of this method in practice are also submitted.
