Ecological and natural resource problems of the Crimea are examined as an object of the criminological research; negative natural processes intensified by the influence of the anthropogenic factor aggravate ecological situation in the Crimea and possess the greatest significance in the formation of the ecological criminological “guise” of the Crimea. The conclusion of the work states that the legislation in the sphere of the environmental protection on the Crimea territory is executed in incomplete volume and there is also no effective mechanism of ecological restrictions which leads to violations of the legislation in the sphere of the environmental protection.
