Abstract (English):
The article reveals issues related to the procedure for protection of population and territories from emergency situations in the Arctic zone of Russia, the analysis of emergency situations characteristic for the Arctic, outlined the activities for the construction of Arctic complex rescue centers, issues of international cooperation of the Russian Federation in the Arctic and other Arctic States in the field of protection of population and territories.
