Results of the expertises executed by judicial and expert establishments of the Federal fire service on the fires, which happened on oil storage facilities, are analysed. Statistical data on objects of the fires, the reasons, ignition sources are provided. The statements demanding thus and permissions the questions of standard character concerning existence of relationships of cause and effect between violations of requirements of fire safety and emergence of the fire, its development and consequences are specified.
