Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
Information search in the regulatory framework of EMERCOM of Russia Situations of the effectiveness of methods for assessing the activities carried out by inspectors of the state inspectorate for small boats of EMERCOM of Russia, showed the need to develop guidelines to determine the effectiveness of raids and patrols in reducing the loss of life on water bodies. Appropriate guidelines have been developed. Powered by methodological recommendations algorithm for estimating the efficiency of the complex allows for different types of indicators.
