Methods of objective assessment of water return of networks of external fire-water supply to extinguish a major fire at the enterprises of oil refining and petrochemical industry. Methods consider such factors as characteristics of pipelines and pumps, quantity and interposition of hydrants, height differences on the area. Methods allow to estimate also survivability of networks at their damage to result of emergency situations. The draft document - methodical recommendations about assessment of water return of networks of external fire-water supply is offered that it can be used in case of creation of plans of suppression of the fires on industrial facilities.
