The article considers adaptive methods of personnel selection in system of educational institutions of EMERCOM of Russia, implements a comprehensive model of personnel selection using fuzzy models of different complexity, which allows to take into account when evaluating a candidate not only deterministic, interval, and linguistic variables but, more subtly describing its quality.
