Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The article raises the problem of legal regulation of relations between the psychologist-researcher and the examinees, who are involved in specific studies, which aim is to describe the specific features of examinee’s biography. The actuality of this problem is stated and the deficit of researches in this field (both in psychology and legal studies) is ascertained. The perspectives of such a research are observed. The paper is dedicated for the opening of a scientific discussion in this field.
