Abstract (English):
The article deals with a comprehensive methodology for the selection and training of junior officers of university of EMERCOM of Russia includes sequential circuits-algorithms of all stages in the training of potential sergeants from among applicants for the admission fees to the candidate's attestation Commission. The necessity of introduction of uniform methodology in the process of training sergeants, the proposed scheme of assessment of each direction of a junior officer in a subordinate unit.
