Hundreds of local oil-spread are recorded daily in harbors of ports, in seas, rivers, several large oil bottles are produced every year, causing environmental damage of billions of dollars. The existing technologies of localization and liquidation of rockets on the waterways of the road are complex, inertial, do not provide fast enough and high-quality liquidation of oil-spread. The article suggests a combined technology for the elimination of oil-spread, based on two innovative developments: 1) biosorbents - porous granules with bacteria in the pores - the pores absorb oil-film, the bacteria transform it into an inert, dense residue - the weight of the granule increases and it sinks; 2) technology & technique of pulsed, cooled spray technique of uniform, rapid spraying of low-density granule onto oil-spread.
