There were considered personality characteristics of women-employees of EMERCOM of Russia. The influence of peculiarities of professional activity of women-employees of EMERCOM of Russia is revealed on the types of accentuation, their level of personal and reactive anxiety; models of coping behavior, in comparison with women are not employees. It is shown, that women-employees of EMERCOM of Russia have a mixed gender, and they possess both masculine features and womanhood.
