Abstract (English):
The research contains analysis of 123 patents for fire retardant, thermal barrier coatings and compositions for their production. They represent 23,9 % of the total number of inventions in the sphere of physical and chemical bases of development of combustion and flameout. The flame retardant and heat retardant coatings for fabrics and compounds for their production represent 20,7 % of all inventions, the construction materials with low fire risk - 19,8 %, wood protection - 14, 9 %, protection of metal structures - 9,9 %. Increasing trends in patent applications for new compositions of foaming fire-retardant coatings are revealed.
