Abstract (English):
The article presents an approach to the rationale for choosing the optimal program of technical support of emergency services. It is based on the formation of a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of technical support management based on the construction of a hierarchical structure of criteria. The method of multi-criteria selection of the optimal program of technical support on the basis of the constructed hierarchical structure of criteria is presented.
