Abstract (English):
Adaptive capacities of cadets are not only attributes of physical health, but also an internal factor of physical working capacity. Studying of physical culture and sport influence on cadets’ adaptive opportunities of the higher educational institutions of the EMERCOM of Russia during practical training will allow choosing selectively means and methods of physical education for the subsequent full-fledged professional and personal growth of cadets.
