The way of estimating of an accident risk as a result of petrol stations pipelines depressurization was considered. The peculiarities of pipeline structure and pipeline physical processes were taken into account. The emergency leakages frequency statistics of technological pipelines was used. The dimensional analysis method and the multiplicative convolutions principle were used to display the dependencies.
