Abstract (English):
In article ways of improvement of forecasting of consequences of floods on the basis of the existing technique of stage-by-stage identification and an assessment of the situation allowing to obtain quickly data of the forecast and to carry out calculation of forces and means of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia for carrying out a wrecking around flooding are considered.
