Abstract (English):
The paper presents an approach to modeling the problem of optimal distribution of forces and means of State fire service units of EMERCOM of Russia, to provide disaster relief to the gas transportation system in an environment where there is a shortage of these capabilities. The algorithm implementation of the model of optimal distribution of forces and means of the units of EMERCOM of Russia in the facility's gas transportation system, affected by the emergency, which has a universal character, allowing a wide range of officials to carry out the optimal allocation of scarce resources of various kinds
