Reviewed the problems of heat, moisture and ventilation in buildings and structures from the perspective of building regulations. Listed the examples of causes of violation heat-water-air exchange in the presence of significant number of people indoors and other sources of water vapor. Recommend ways to eliminate the consequences of such violations. Discussed the problems of sound insulation, natural lighting and insolation premises.
