Abstract (English):
We consider the problem of the device and the content of ice crossings, shows the threat to human lives factors for ice, given the empirical importance of the safe ice thickness for various conditions. We propose a procedure for ensuring the safety of people on the ice and in rural settlements located on the banks of rivers and lakes.
