Abstract (English):
In work the technique of an assessment of a radiation situation allowing to prove administrative decisions for definition of structure and hardware of rescue groups is developed. The problem is solved by the analysis of statistical data and creation of adequate mathematical model. Quantitative values of indicators of efficiency are received. The Leningrad nuclear power plant located in Sosnovy Bor acts as object of research.
