A method is proposed for solving the practical problem of optimizing the priority fire safety tasks of complex objects (representing socio-economic systems based on the set of systemdefining characteristics) and the fire safety resource associated with them in a deterministic manner. It is based on solving a two-level problem of optimizing the objective function in terms of the probability of completing a fire extinguishing task in a directive (minimum) time based on the justification of the regular resource of firefighting units. The method is implemented using the theories of system analysis, branches and boundaries, normative planning and analytical calculations.
