JThe paper highlights the relevance and necessity of the formation and application of special (sanitary) trains as part of the unified state emergency prevention and response system, based on the current experience of their use, including during a special military operation. In the course of the study, the list of information and telecommunication services of the access node for special (sanitary) trains of rescue military formations was determined. A variant is proposed for equipping a modernized reserved carriage with basic information and telecommunication services to diagnose the health status of people with limited mobility, and the composition of the main equipment of the access node of the staff carriage, in order to increase the effectiveness of medical and resuscitation measures at the evacuation stage of victims. The directions of the introduction of modern information and telecommunication technologies for the further development of tactical and technical specifications for the development work on the formation of the composition of the means of communication of the access node for special (sanitary) trains of rescue military units of EMERCOM of Russia during the elimination of the consequences of emergencies and natural disasters have been determined.
