The analysis of the current state of interaction between EMERCOM of Russia and EMERCOM of the Republic of Belarus in responding to cross-border emergencies is carried out. The main problems of information interaction in decision-making on responding to cross-border emergencies are highlighted. Solutions to problematic issues based on the creation of a unified information space and the construction of a management system based on the implementation of a network-centric approach are proposed.
