Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The formalization of the components influencing the numerical value of individual fire risk and the assessment of the activities of the supervisory authority has been carried out. The methods of monitoring and regulating the activities of the supervisory authority are proposed and described, based on determining the effectiveness of the unit without taking into account the actual resources needed to achieve the set results. A comprehensive approach has been proposed and scientifically substantiated to evaluate the activities of the unit, the effectiveness of the unit (control) and improving the effectiveness of the unit (regulation), as well as the effectiveness of the unit.
