Fire-extinguishing devices characterized by an increased rate of fire-extinguishing liquid supplied for extinguishing have become quite widespread in recent years. This is due to their high efficiency and increased use of fire-extinguishing liquid compared to traditional fire-extinguishing means. The need to increase the degree of fire protection of various objects makes it relevant to create fire-extinguishing devices with increased power and efficiency. This paper presents the results of the development and practical implementation of a mobile fire-extinguishing device with a high-speed supply of fire-extinguishing liquid. The developed device fully meets the regulatory and technical requirements and requests received from consumers. The design of the device was characterized by minimal «dry» weight and high weight efficiency, as well as high capacity for liquid and its supply rate. The conducted research allowed us to establish the relationship between the pressure used during spraying and the theoretically achievable speed of the water-air flow. This relationship helped to determine the optimal parameters, including the spraying pressure, water flow, and air flow, necessary for maximum fire-extinguishing efficiency. The conducted research allowed us to find the optimal cross-sections in the water-air mixing chamber, as well as the geometric characteristics of the spray nozzle, where the experimental speed of the water-air flow reaches its maximum.
