The article provides an analysis of federal legislation and municipal regulatory legal acts of closed administrative-territorial entities governing the legal status of an individual. It shows restrictions in the implementation of constitutional rights and freedoms of a citizen on the territory of closed administrative-territorial entities, due to the need to ensure the defense of the country and state security.
